 For Agents, Sales Executives and Housing Developers

Effective Date: 6 June 2025



1) Collaborator Eligibility

a) Agents/Agency/Sales Executive:
- Must be registered with a valid REN/PEA/REA number in Malaysia.
- Specializing in new property projects, under-construction, or affordable subsale homes, as defined by
Houzify.my market niche.
- Property price ranges from RM160K to RM690K.


b) Housing Developers:
- Must be a legally registered developer in Malaysia with an active ROC/SSM.
- Projects must have proper APDL/license.
- Selling affordable housing within RM160K to RM690K.


2) Online Page Types
- Collaborators receive a personalized, mobile-optimized Capture Lead Assistant page hosted under
Houzify.my (e.g., houzify.my/yourname).
- Online pages are high-responsive semi-dynamic hosted landing pages (not static, not self-managed).
- Houzify.my may keep the platform ad-free.


3) Online Page Features
- Designed and set up by Houzify.my tech team.
- Includes collaborator profile, logo, contact details.
- WhatsApp/Call buttons (single direct contact only).
- Social media links.
- SEO-optimized (for long-term packages).
- Content revisions allowed upon request.


4) Fees & Payment
- One-time payment, based on chosen package.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- Late renewal causes temporary deactivation.
- Houzify.my does not take sales commission from leads.


5) Non-Transferable Subscription
- Subscriptions are exclusive and non-transferable.
- If collaborator changes agency or project, a new agreement is required.


6) Content Guidelines
- Listings must be legal, genuine, accurate.
- Targeting affordable new launches or subsale property.
- Houzify.my may request updates or remove violating content.


7) Duration Of Service
- Duration depends on the selected package.
- Page may be unpublished if payment isn't made within 1 day post-expiry.


8) Platform Limitation And Excluded Services

a) No Sponsored Ads Included:
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads not included.

b) No Social Media Boosting:
- No paid promotion; organic sharing only.

c) No Direct Access to Page Design or Analytics:
- No layout modification or analytics access.
- Page setup/design/updates handled by tech team.

d) No Third-Party Integration:
- No support for external plugins, CRM systems, external websites.

e) No Free Domain or Email Hosting:
- Only sublink URLs provided (e.g., houzify.my/yourname).
- Collaborators use personal emails.



9) No Guaranteed Lead Volume
- No guarantee of specific lead numbers.
- Leads go directly to collaborator's WhatsApp/contact.


10) Exposure and Site Traffic
- Promotion through SEO, organic search, and niche campaigns.
- Houzify.my does not represent agents' listings.
- Leads generated via CTA are sent directly to collaborators.


11) Liability & Disclaimer
- Houzify.my is a platform, not a real estate agency.
- Not responsible for disputes, sales, or client issues.
- Collaborators are fully responsible for compliance and conduct.


12) Support & Edits
- Minor edits (e.g., price, photo, description) are allowed based on the package.


13) Communication
- Via WhatsApp (011-56541008) or Email ([email protected]).
- Official notices sent through these channels.


14) Termination & Cancellation
- Houzify.my may suspend pages for policy violations, non-payment, misleading content, or damaging
reputation.


15) Upgrading or Downgrading the Service

- Collaborators may request to upgrade or downgrade their subscription. Requests must be made through
official channels and will follow current package terms and fees.


16) Design Policy
- All CLA pages are built using fixed layout templates. No custom design changes are allowed.
- Every design is structured with a purpose to optimize clarity, user experience, and lead filtering
effectiveness.


17) Sublink Delivery Time
- Upon receiving all required content/materials, the Houzify.my tech team will begin setup.
- Standard delivery time:
- 1 sublink: up to 48 hours.
- 2-3 sublinks: up to 72 hours.
- Collaborators planning to launch ads should submit materials early. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

18) Agreement
- By collaborating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and service limitations.
